Terri Reed, Senior Vice President of the Entrepreneurial Division of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, provided us with great information about the Women’s Border Business Center. This center is designed to assist women in business.

Partially funded by the US Small Business Administration Office of Women’s Business Ownership, the center offers women the tools needed to start and/or expand their businesses, create jobs, contribute to the growth and economic development of the women owned business market, utilize the internet for business and much more. The center also offers training and assistance in finance, marketing, procurement and specialized topics such as home-based business, corporate downsizing and welfare-to-work.

If you are a Fort Bliss woman business owner, contact the Women’s Border Business Center to find out how they can assist you with the growth of your business endeavors. Feel free to call the Project Manager, Martha Najera at 915.566.4066, visit them at 2401 E. Missouri Ave. or via the internet at www.womenbordercenter.org. This Women's Business Border Center is partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBA's funding is not an endorsement of any products, opinions, or services.
